Sanicon Turbo 600S RV Macerator System For Waste Management

The Thetford Sanicon Turbo is the fastest and cleanest way to empty your RV's holding tank. The Sanicon Turbo can be installed permanently so there are no messy connections to fail and fewer spills makes it more sanitary. It is compact, flexible, durable and pumps twice as fast as the original Sanicon. The original Sanicon have 1/4 Horsepower and the Sanicon Turbo have 1/2 Horsepower. The easier dumping method makes the least enjoyable activity of RV easy and quick. 


System Components:
  • Sanicon Turbo 600s with over-temperature protected pump
  • Hose and nozzle assemble with nozzle caps
  • 2 Mounting brackets
  • Switch box assembly
  • 35 AMP fuse
  • 2 Electrical connectors
Where to install ? 

The system is designed for Class A motorhomes. The storage bay on these RVs has the ideal height, with enough clearance for installing the pump and attaching the sewer inlet hose to the outlet. In addition, easy access to gray and black water valve pulls is available. Sanicon Turbo 600 relies on a 1/2-hp pump for evacuating waste from the tanks. The pump can be connected to the generator or a 12 V battery, and it's controlled by a switch box assembly.

How does it work ?

Step 1: Remove cap and connect the nozzle to the dumping station

Step 2: Open black water valve

Step 3: Turn the macerating pump on

Step 4: When the black water tank is empty, the pump will start sounding different

Step 5: Turn off the pump and close the black water tank valve

Step 6: Empty the grey water tank to give the whole system a rinse

Step 7: Disconnect the nozzle, replace the cap and return the Sanicon Turbo in the storage compartment


Sanicon Turbo have a model for every application: 
  • Model 600S (Permanent Storage Bay Mount) When sewer outlet is in storage bay 
  • Model 500S (Permanent Direct Mount) When sewer outlet needs to be cut-back
  • Model 400s (Permanent Bayonet Mount) When sewer outlet doesn't need to be cut-back
  • Model 300 (Portable Tank Buddy) When a permanent install is not possible
